outdoor classroom
BES PTA has funded improvements to our beautiful outdoor classroom and continues to fund the cost of maintenance. Students and teachers enjoy the opportunities for outdoor learning that this unique space provides.
Teacher Grants
With donations made, PTA is able to award teachers $5000 or more in grants they apply for. Such items are flexible seating, enhancing their libraries, technology and much more.
Playground Equipment
Hula Hoops, Basketballs, Footballs, Chalk and Jump ropes, oh my! BES PTA gifted the grade levels with various toys and such to enhance the children’s recess periods.
Author Visits
Our children love when authors come to BES to speak to them. Thanks to all the donations we are able to invite some of the best authors to come to our school to speak to our kids.
class parties
PTA donations help to provide three parties for each class during the year. The kids get to celebrate the winter holidays, Valentine’s Day, and the end of the school year with their classmates.
Various Programs
Red Ribbon Week, Internet Safety, educational assemblies, Field Day, and more all would not be as fun and successful as they are with out donations from the BES family.
